Renderings > floor plans > final images of a recently wrapped primary suite remodel We swapped the large closet with the small bathroom, removed the hallway walls and added a window opposite the entry door. Now, light is able to pour into one

Floor plan for a dogtrot dwelling— the primary house is on the right, connected by a breezeway to a lofted studio to the left. Set to be built in Red River Gorge, Kentucky.
Removing the subfloor and pouring a new slab on top of the existing footers of this garage-turned-photography-studio allowed us to meet the equipment height requirements without having to replace the entire roof system. GIFs always help!
Working on updating this windowless bathroom in a 1920s home! The challenge is to keep it from looking too modern while bringing it forward in time and opening up the small space. Pink is the existing condition. Swipe for a final rendering 🫧
